However, we do collect data from you directly, as well as automatically through your use of our services and sometimes, from third parties. The information provided directly is typically from contact forms on our website, live chat or by contacting us by e-mail. Other information is collected automatically such as, via the use of cookies by our website hosting provider Squarespace, HubSpot or google analytics.

a. Hubspot

i. Live Chat

We use the live chat service from HubSpot to offer rapid responses to any questions you may have about our website, company or services. This data collected is used for the sending and receipt of notifications (the HubSpot icon is on the bottom right corner of the screen). By giving your consent to and using this feature, then the following data are transferred to the HubSpot servers:

– The content of all live chat messages sent and received
– Information regarding the context of use, such as, which page the chat was used on.
– E-mail address if entered during the chat (optional).

b. Google

i. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour on our website. This data helps us to determine how to best improve the website experience, our marketing, advertising and content we include.
